Marine Events

Attention all IYC cruisers and boaters of all types.  On Saturday October 5 one of our most important traditions, Fleet Review and Blessing of the Fleet will be held.  The first Blessing of the Fleet was held in May of 1978.  Over the years the event has evolved being combined with Fleet Review, moving to fall to take advantage of better weather and more recently as a welcome back to our travelling members and kick off for our next season.  ACT NOW TO REGISTER YOUR BOAT WITH THE DOCKMASTER AND PARTICIPATE IN THE REVIEW.   The review is followed by a social hour at 5 with the bar manned by members of the International Order of the Blue Gavel. Dinner is at 6 and Ron Lorenzo will provide entertainment.  I hope that all of you will support our Club, register your boat and make your dinner reservations.
